The future of our workforce depends on how we invest in youth today. EXPLR equips young people with experiences that bridge curiosity and career readiness. Through virtual and hands-on learning, we help students in grades 6–12 build practical skills and connect with future opportunities.

Our ecosystem includes the National STEM Festival, credentialed challenges, and a digital platform designed to prepare students for in-demand careers—while helping employers discover and engage the next generation of talent.
