Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscriptions and Renewals
EXPLR subscriptions are managed through our platform provider, Uscreen, and are set to auto-renew by default.
Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle or free trial period. You will be informed of the applicable renewal rate in advance of each renewal.
You may manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time via your Account Settings.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but:
Your access to the service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be incurred after cancellation unless you resubscribe.
Refunds
EXPLR does not offer refunds on paid subscriptions. All charges are non-refundable, including:
Charges for subscription renewals
Partial subscription periods
Unused access to content
